How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $99 or more ship free via standard delivery within the United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. For more details, see our Payment & Security page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund. For safety reasons, opened food and beverage products cannot be returned. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details and instructions.
How fresh is your coffee?
Every coffee order is roasted in small batches after you place it. We do not pre-roast and warehouse. Your beans are typically 1 to 3 days off the roaster when they arrive. We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly what you are getting.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the US and interested in our products, email us and we will let you know if and when international shipping becomes available.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder and then email us at support@smbdistributions.store with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. We offer volume pricing for cafes, offices, and retailers. Email us at support@smbdistributions.store with the products and quantities you are interested in and we will put together a quote within two business days.
